Thoughts on supplements??
I'm 5w5d (wow!) with baby #1 and I'm currently taking a prenatal daily and vitamin D (I'm deficient living in Washington state). I'm wondering if the prenatal is enough or if I should also get a folic acid supplement? I know that is vital to <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.baby">baby development</a> right now. Thoughts/recommendations?
