9 weeks spotting!! Anyone have it?

I bleed through my underwear and pants, had a clot come out when i went to the restroom. We rushed to the ER baby was okay, good heartbeat, closed cervix but been spotting since. Wearing only a panty liner and haven't bleed through it. First was dark brownish, light brownish to a light pink/brown. I did go to my Dr and they told me that people spot and felt okay because it had a heartbeat. I've had 3 mc's and I'm really scared. Has anyone has this and still had a healthy pregnancy?
