Okay so this is going to sound stupid- so I've been on bc for a month and this is my first sugar pill week. I got my period on the third day. The blood flow is pretty light, and I'm experiencing cramps. I read on here that you can be pregnant and still get your period while on bc. I'm worried since I had unprotected sex with my BF a week and a half into the pill.
