HELP! Is it safe to take Imodium during pregnancy?

In need of some advice! I googled to if Imodium was safe to take and everything I came across said it was really low risk so I've taken a dose and now I'm freaking out that I've done something that could have done some real damage! Help!!

Ive had severe diarrhea along with hyperemesis around the clock for 14wks and 4days now. Ive been prescribed imodium and some days i take up to 6 tablets which is near on maximum amount at 8. I am a very high risk pregnancy. Its fine, my baby is doing well upon scans.

Yes, just no more than the directions say. That is per a doctor, not google. It was even on my list of safe medications given to me at my first appointment. I've taken it quite a few times during my pregnancy.
