What do I need to take before I get pregnant?

Hi all. 
What vitamins and minerals do I need to take before we conceive to up the chances of a baby and a healthy pregnancy? Very new to this and want to get started now

Hi Elizabeth, I've also just started out on this journey and went to see a nutritionist that I've worked with before and she advised the following: folate, Vit D, Omega 3, cod liver oil and pre natal multi vitamin. Also loads of green vegetables daily, organ meat and egg yolks and some lovely oily fish (think salmon/tuna) as often as you can. Lots of water daily, no coffee and no alcohol. I hope this helps you 😊 Obviously everyone has their own ideas and should do what they feel comfortable with.

This is what I got to start off before I found out I had some issues to work out. Prenatal safe a must when you start trying so your body CB have what it needs as soon as you concieve. A basal thermometer is good to have in conjunction with ovulation strips to track when you are ovulating and pregnancy test for right around your period. I got all this from Amazon
