Got my period finally.. Super light?
So I finally got my first period since getting off birth control. It was after 41 days. I'm confused because it was even lighter and shorter than it was when I was on BC. And I had virtually zero cramps. Does this mean my system is still out of whack from the pill? I feel like everyone says your periods are heavier and you are more crampy when you stop BC.
