Can anyone recommend any infertility cook books? Looking to improve egg quality (but not for Polisistic ovaries) I have very Low AMH and I'm having to wait 4-5 month for my IVF funding to start so I am trying to do what I can to make sure the little amount of eggs I do have are heathy. ☺️

Any suggestions for improving egg quality would be welcomed, what have you tried??

I cannot try acupuncture due to a rare scaring issue.

Start eating grapefruits their good for your ovaries and advocados are good for your uterus, and take supplements vitamin D , C , multivitamin and prenatal vit.. Flax seeds and Chia seeds are great to and drink alot of water. Try to eat alot of fruits and vegetables
