Temperature going down

It's going down. My AF is due on sunday, and I'm having all signs of pregnancy. I have sensitive nipples, kinda tender boobs, little fuller. Cramping- very low and pinching. Heartburn and little neasua. I took a test (dollar tree) it was neg, but I'm early anyways. What do you think?
