Movement . HELP

I haven't felt her move since about ,8-9 this morning I have drank s ice coffee and been laying down my Jay Jay is swollen and I'be got alot of water like discharge. I have s bipilate placenta which means my placenta split itself in 2 equal parts . I had been spotting since last night not much but some which is caused from my placenta I am hurting in my lower stomach and back I've went into pre term labor twice already and they stopped it ... Just wondering what I should do
