Having an orgasm?

Ok so whenever me and my now husband have sex i can never tell if I orgasm. It just feels really really good like the whole time and then it'll get to the point where I'm basically too sensitive to keep going. Did I orgasm or not? I see people saying oh you'll definitely know when u do but I really don't. And he always asks me if I did and I feel bad bc idk what to say

Have you ever given yourself an orgasm? Once you know your body and what feels good to you then you can get teach your husband what feels good to you. Everyone is different, but try exploring yourself 😉

If you can't tell if you had an orgasm, most likely you have not. Yes, typically sex feels good prior to orgasming, but that in itself is way better. For me it feels like waves of intense pleasure that is unmistakable.

It's hard to explain what an orgasm feels like, but it's true that if you don't know if you had one, you didn't. If it feels good you're probably pretty close to having one. Try having your husband go harder/faster/slower whatever sounds good in the moment. Try using your hands when you feel like something is building. Try giving yourself one when you're alone!

I have the same issue. You're not alone. By the time you reach way to sensitive at some point yes you had an orgasm. If you think to much about it during sex you wont have one. Also don't try to force yourself into having an orgasm what you think it should feel like. Just relax and enjoy the rhythm. Listen to his breathing or heart beat or music in the background to in a since loose yourself in the moment. At some point you should feel your muscles tighten up and your back may arch a little. Play with some keggle balls on your own sometime so you can focus a little on what it feels like to tighten you vagina muscles so you know what it feels like later in sex. I hope this helps. This is what i do personally because i hate when my man asks me if i orgasm and i cant give him a definitive answer because i can't tell if i did or not.
