6 DPO, test?

So I have Ovia and this app as well. I got a peak fertility on an opk on CD 22, and according to CM I ovulated on CD 24.

So I am on CD 30 now and 6 DPO. Ovia is telling me to test today, but I feel it's too soon.

What should I do?
