Implantation?

Curious what it feels like, I've been experiencing stretching like twinges for a few days now but just a few minutes ago I had a crazy pinching feeling to one side similar to ovulation I would say. I'm 6 dpo according to Glow but I'm thinking that's a bit off I didn't do any OPKs and haven't been recording until this month. My data is all kinds of off. Any insight on that pinch that made me jolt a bit?
