No bbt rise yet? First time charting. Advice apperciated!!

I got my solid smiley "peak fertility" result on Thursday morning, cycle day 16. So today I expected to see a jump in my bbt to confirm ovulation since I assume I ovulated yesterday. Well it's still in my normal range of what it's been my whole cycle. Does that mean I haven't ovulated yet? Should I keep bd until I see a higher shift? I don't want to miss it!! Any insight would be appreciated!!
