I have been gettin little Lh surges (not +) Since my misscarriage at 5 weeks . No period yet and no positive pregnancy test is this normal and can I still get pregnant without having a period since mc?

Sooooooo sorry for your lost angel 🥺, I had a mc at 4wks November 20th. Concieved in December. Got my positive in January. I treated my MC as my cycle I did ovulate later than normal but I was able to conceive 4wks after my mc. Now I’m 5wks pregnant.

I got pregnant after my miscarriage before ever getting a period again but it ended up being ectopic but i did get pregnant without a period in between the loss and new pregnancy
