La Sra. Muller

Hello ladies, I ordered la sra.Muller. It's a vegetable compound and it's supposed to help you conceive, clean your ovaries and help with menstrual cycles. I ordered it from Amazon $13-14. it's from the Dominican Republic and it has great reviews. Has anyone tried it before? AF showed her face July 4th my period last 5 days. I've been drinking the vegetable compound for two days and I'm still bleeding. TIA and baby dust to you all.
