Hello all, I am currently experiencing my first pregnancy loss, and it is devastating. I didn't think at 4.5 weeks I had a connection like this with a potential baby, but I did. I tested positive on Monday July 4, and never saw a line get darker. Called my OB, who wanted blood work. My HCG was 22, and my progesterone was 7.2, both numbers extremely low. The doctor put me on progesterone suppositories and said to recheck levels on Sunday. This morning I woke up and took a pregnancy test to see a negative glaring back at me. Called my husband, who came home from work, and we went to the ER. My levels dropped to 14. Progesterone wasn't checked as far as I know. They sent me home after a pelvic, and put my diagnosis for discharge as a non-viable pregnancy. And while I'm crushed, I'm hoping my doctor will check my post O progesterone levels, because I do believe that is my issue. One little angel hopefully will help my doctor diagnose the issue.
