Help me out with this please
How do you guys count the first day of AF?
I usually "spot" every month for like 1-3 days or more before it's actually a considerable period. I don't know where to count those spotting days as day 1 on the app. I don't even have to use anything, it's just spotting on the toilet tissue. Thank you!
