Blue cross blue shield IVF Coverage?

Hello. 
We have the PPO plan at the Blue cross blue shield (Geo Blue) insurance... Does anyone maybe know if they cover IVF or at least a part? Maybe someone used them before..

Sperm analysis should be covered under insurance.  If going through medical only if his sperm is creating a health problem that needs to be fixed.  Swelling of the testes I imagine?

Nope!  Not in California at least!  I have that and it only covers diagnostics like to find the issue not to take care of it! 😩
