Cervix Position

Today was the FIRST...yes FIRST day I checked my cervix because I know it can determine pregnancy, but the whole ordeal confuses me..anyways..

I feel like mine was low..I could feel it laying down and standing up, so that's low right? It also felt soft as in squishy?..Not exactly sure what firm would be !@#$ I'm confused like I said..and mine felt like a "line" not a "circle"..so that's closed?

Any info would be great... errrr duhhh
