Breastfeeding advice

My baby is 5 days old. He took to breastfeeding immediately and was very consistent in the hospital, every 2-3 hours sometimes 4. & he NEVER cried. My milk came in on day 3 and it seems like now I'm feeding him literally every 30 mins in 10-15 min intervals. The first or second feed in the morning is normally the longest (30-45)

He seems to never stops crying and can't stay off the tit! Everyone I've talked to says that it doesn't sound very normal for him to feed that much and he has at least 10 messy diapers a day and they say normal is 3-4 and a couple wet ones.

I'm a ftm and just don't feel like I'm doing it right. & the only way he'll somewhat sleep through the night is if he's on one of our chests. It's just crazy how different he's acting since we've left the hospital. Completely different baby.
