Of course itll be loose after giving birth but i mean like after it heals up will it be really loose ... Im kinda of self conscious over here thinking about it .

Just do Kegels! Bc i know peeps who don't do or didn't do Kegels & their stuff is lose like they pee when they jump & stuff lol it does go back to normal bc my husband tells me my vagina feels amazing lol sorry tmi

The vagina is a muscle and like any muscle if u work it, it gets stronger so do ut kegles. However the skin can stretch on the outside if u have been torn
