I'm 33+4weeks pregnant last night I had a lot of tighting and back and belly pain was feeling uncomfortable all day and felt sick. Woke up today with the same pains and feeling really heavy down below and really loose stools

I went into preterm labor at 31 weeks and trust me you'll know if it's labor it's a very strong and intolerable pain, luckily they were able to stop mine with steroids IVs and that sort of thing. Best advice is to go see your doctor, everyone is different and better to be safe than sorry. Good luck 😊😊😊

It could be nothing... I've had that kind of thing and it was just pregnancy and baby growing.
