Baby girl's rash

Hello. My name is Jessica. My baby girl was born on May 24th, 2016. She has recently developed a rash. Began with small pimples on her face and now it's all over her shoulders, neck, and arms. Dr said it's an allergic reaction to the Johnson soap and gave me dove sensitive and aveeno eczema treatment lotion. It doesn't get better. Has anybody gone through this with their baby?
