Hey I'm 19 and I go on my first holiday away from parents to Ibiza with two of my friends on the 24th of July for 4 nights and come home on the 28th of July, however I think I'm due my period on the 20th and worried that it will come on or I'll have it for when I'm holiday which is what I don't want to happen, I've never been on holiday when I've been on my period before, I also have never worn a tampon and don't want to, is there anything I can do? :)
