What it this on my fiances thigh!!

This big red bump just appeared on my fiances thigh. He thinks it might be a spider bite. I wanna get more opinions on it before we take him to get it checked out. Please let me know what you think. It hurts for him to walk and he was trying to pop it but it won't pop.

Pretty positive it's some form of Staph. Super contagious. Go to the doc and get meds or drained!!

Does he go to the gym? When he touches it, is there a hard lump below? My fiancé had the same thing and never got it checked out and it lasted a while.

It could be any one of those things listed below. But from my past experience is could also be MRSA. I had an ex bf who would get those often.. His brother use to pop them for him and non stop puss would come out 😥 (gross I know). Define have him get it checked out.
