Charlotte so great but very expensive. Tons of awesome restaurants, parks, sporting teams. Really wonderful place to live.

I grew up in Greensboro and lives there as an adult as well. Amazing place to raise a family. So cheap compared to Charlotte.

Raleigh is ok. Not as expensive as Charlotte, but also not as nice.

I'm obsessed with the Wilmington area. Got the city life by not too big or as expensive as bigger cities in NC, river front, beaches, and pretty much anything you need.

I live in Durham and love it - close to Raleigh and the mountains and the beach! I've also lived in the Charlotte area and loved it too! I'm a teacher though, and they treat us shitty here so I'm looking to relocate soon.
