Ok I'll play along and assume this is a real question. It's a semantics issue. In the United States only white people benefit on a structural level. That's what's meant by only white people can be racist.

Anyone of any race can be prejudiced and treat others terriblybecause of their race. Anyone of any race can act like a jackass.

It's simply to distinguish between those to things.

No. I have a boss who hates me and talks to me in a degrading manor every time I see her because I'm not black. She treats everyone who isn't black that way. But as soon as she's speaking to someone else who is black she is very respectful. It drives me insane.

Racism isn't only black and white. Yes, other races can be racist. Someone who is Asian can be racist to someone who is Mexican. Someone who is Mexican can be racist to someone who is black. I've noticed a lot of these comments saying something along the lines of "you can't be racist to WHITE people", but it doesn't ask if white people can experience racism. Anyone can be a racist. That is the point.

In my AP Human Geography class we learned the being racist means you feel your race is superior to any other race. So by that anyone can be racist. But honestly I don't get the point in that. Fuck the fact that I'm white, I care that I'm Cherokee and Irish. The three races are pointless and made by geographers to make it easier to do their job.

Every person can be prejudice or racist to another race. A great example of a racist nation/culture would be the Japanese. They put their race above everyone else's and don't like to mix. And the definition of racism is putting your race above someone else's. Most of the time people use the wrong word when they should use prejudice.
