I'm in really bad pain, might have gall stones but I've got an interview tomorrow

I can barely walk without being in a lot of pain, I keep sweating which then makes me dizzy. I'm like nauseous all the time, the doctor thinks I have gallstones.

I really need a job and I've got an interview tomorrow, do I tell them. I feel like it's going to affect me getting the job, if I do get the job I don't know if I could even manage to work feeling like this. I just don't know what to do
