I have clinical depression and anxiety disorder. I was on medication which I stopped prior to becoming pregnant.  We got pregnant in three months. Yes, stress can definitely effect your chances, but between my medical diagnoses and my high stress job( Im a nurse in a cath lab, my job is literally life and death) I still managed to get pregnant. Talk to your OB and maybe seek counseling for the stress. You can also walk or run for free and moderate cardio has been shown to reduce stress and help with depression. Try yoga, journal, do whatever you have to do to get healthy. If you need medication, take it. Your health is the most important thing for a healthy pregnancy.
