Help!
So last night I dyed my hair with a dark red color but it came out red with black spots :( if I was to bleach it tonight and re do it with a bright red do u think it would come out right? I know it's bad to bleach hair like that but this is driving me crazy!!! Do you think when I bleach it .. & put the red over that it would look good? Please help!!!!
