My dad and mom both cheated on each other. My dad is still happily married to the woman he cheated on my mom with. Their marriage (my parents) was a living hell and even I have stopped talking to my mom for a while periodically because she's just mean sometimes. She's gotten counseling and gone on meds which has made things easier, but no I don't believe once a cheater always a cheater. I personally would take it case by case, why did they cheat? Listen to your gut but don't count a person out before you know the whole story.

I used to play around with guys and play with their feelings and cheat on them, but then I met my boyfriend and I totally changed. I love him, and could never cheat on him! So no, a cheater's not always a cheater, people change.
