Dressing my boy in pink

So I dress my son in all kinds of clothes I often put on pink Polo shirts or outfits. Today my son went for his vaccines and the pa kept joking around when he cried after the vaccines that it's cuz i dress him in pink and hes a boy 😡 my mother in law does the same thing it really irritates me! Like wtf who cares if my son wears a pink shirt it matches his plaid shorts and it was in the boys section. Is there something wrong with this? Am I like the only one dressing my son in pink?? 😒
