Bug bite?

Can someone tell me what kind of bite this is? This is my husbands thigh he came home 2 Days ago with it. He thinks it happened at work which is a Lumber mill. I told him to go to the doctor but he refuses to go. Do you have any clue what it could be?

He might also be having an allergic reaction to the bites, which might be why they're so big and red

Looks like flea bites to me do yal have dogs or any pets???

It looks like chigger bites. I used to get them all the time when I would help my dad put up fences. You can Google ways to get relief for him.
