After trying for over a year, I finally got my bfp yesterday, only to wake up to heavy bleeding today and period symptoms such as cramping. Since my positive was only a day ago, I don't have a Dr lined up. What is my next step? Take a pregnacy test in a week? Call and make an appointment , but it will be a couple weeks out? Any advice will be much appreciated. I'm guessing I'm 4+2.
