On June 25, I went to the ER at 7w5d because I started bleeding to be given confirmation that I was in the beginning of a miscarriage. I went for a follow up with an obgyn the following week and noticed I still had fetal tissue in my US. I was prescribed Misoprostol to pass everything in the next days. However, I never passed anything. I went to the ER on July 11 for severe sharp pain down there. I was told I had to be admitted and perform a D&C because my US showed fetal tissue and my hcg levels had actually doubled from the last time I was seen. Therefore, it was marked as a molar pregnancy. I am now confused as to when I can TTC again since it went from a regular miscarriage to a molar pregnancy. Also, how fast will my hcg levels go down after a D&C? It's been a really rough 2 weeks and I'm not sure how to be able to take all of this in. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.
