Cramps. BAD?

Anybody still getting cramps in there second trimester? Could it be because I work 12 hour shifts and I'm on my feet all day? It worries me.

I had ones in my lower abdomen, and it lasted about 2 hours. I thought it was just round ligament pain and my stomach growing

I had a REALLY bad set a few nights ago. Lasted a few hours and felt like a period. Totally sucked, but it's only happened once. I assumed the baby was going through a growth spurt, cause I was starving and exhausted that day, too.

Cramps. BAD?
