My husband and I differ a lot in our opinions on what to do with our new baby. I've read books, talked to moms, and feel like I have a general mothers intuition....he, on the other hand, has zero experience with babies, has talked to his older guy friends who have children in late elementary school, and goes to work all day. So when the baby is supposed to be settling down for a nap/bedtime, every ounce of me says "don't play with him, be boring, blah blah blah"....and I've told my husband this multiple time....but what does he do EVERY time??? Talks to him really loudly, tries to get him to play, turns Ina freakin bright light...then gets annoyed 5 minutes later when the baby won't settle and sleep...it's so frustrating. 

There are tons of other things he does that are against what I want, this is just the latest...I can see why ppl get divorced when children come along..
