We went to baby drs today. She had a nurse practitioner to help and learn. I had a transvaginal scan and dr says so here we have baby, but what else can you see? I'm like omg what else is there to be seen?! She's like do you see someone else in there ? Having twins! That's a twist in the plot I didn't expect
