Does anyone know if you're allowed to fly at 30 weeks? We have tickets for thanksgiving.

Also just make sure you get a clearance letter from the dr, as the check in attendants may request one upon check in.

As of now I'm flying/moving mid December and due Feb 3 my doctor says it should be no problem as long as all progresses well it is not problem. Most airlines won't let you after 36 weeks

Okay so I asked my OB today (since I have the same concern. He told me not past 32 weeks. He urged me not to travel after December 1. I am due Feburary 8... I am not high risk but this is only my OB's opinion!

I think they're not as strict these days but different obs give different guidelines. You'll have to check if the airline itself has rules too.

My ob said you can fly up to 36 weeks as long as you aren't high risk

I think most airlines just need a letter from a GP stating you are not a high risk pregnancy and can fly etc :) not really a problem if its domestic. More long international flights that are an issue. You'll just need to make sure u get up and walk a bit during the flight x

I plan on asking my OB tomorrow. I want to know how long I can fly since my family is up in Michigan and we are in North Carolina. My mom wanted to have a shower in early December or sometime in November. I have heard some people say not to fly past 25 weeks and some say 32 weeks is the limit. I would ask your OB Because it probably depends more on your pregnancy and risk than anything else, but I'll let you know what mine says tomorrow!
