I smoked 2 weeks ago for the first time in a long time but if I am pregnant I don't want cps on me, I am not smoking again I was just feeling sad and had a little anxiety that day so I smoked. and I know it stays in your system for about a month. Just wondering because I already have a 13 month old and I don't want to take any chances

As bad as this sounds. I knew a girl who smoked through her entire pregnancy and the dr told her that as long as she quit before the third trimester then CPS can do nothing.

Definitely not if you stop while you are pregnant and it's not in the babies system when they are born. I was 14 when I found out I was pregnant and I had smoked all the time but I quit the second I found out and the dr never even mentioned it to me. They test you at every appointment though!
