I have pcos & this morning was woken up by crucial pain! Felt like I was in labor, hot flashes, dizziness, puking, all the above I ended up going to er after pregnancy test vaginal pap & vaginal ultrasound they said I was experiencing hydrosalpinx pain? That i need to follow up with my primary, they prescribed me antibiotics and pain injection & sent me on my way home? I have to call my primary in the am as by the time I got home i passed out at 9am and didn't wake til 5pm. My question is has anybody ever experienced this and what happen and does it effect pregnancy cause I'll be doing my 3rd round of letrozole this week but still nothing.
