CD59 VVVFL?

Cycle day 59. So far all tests negative but then I happened to see this after the ten minute mark. I've never had an evap on these tests even days later. Could this be the start of something?? I messed with the color just a teeny bit in the second picture. I also happen to have a doctors appointment tomorrow morning! Fingers crossed!
