Alcohol/Ciggs Trying to Conceive
Anyone got pregnant after completely stopping alcohol (of any amount) and cigarettes?
Is it really a major factor due to infertility?
I just quit everything completely and wonder if I should expect an increase in fertility and how long before I see changes..
