How long do you wear U by Kotex's Cleanwear Ultra Thin Pads Heavy Flow with Wings?

Just wondering. I'm not sure how often I should change mine. I have a medium to heavy flow right now.

Edit: I don't think it's made of the same cotton material as most pads I've used in the past so it's hard for me to tell
