Sick of it

I'm gonna make one thing clear.  I am a nutritionist.  There's a lot of hate on a post about being overweight and basically everybody went haywire about it.  So I will break it down.  "Overweight" people can be unhealthy, and "skinny people" can be unhealthy.  If you're eating junk food and you're 300+ pounds, guess what?  You're unhealthy.  If you're 100 pounds and you're eating junk, you're unhealthy.  Not about weight... It's about what you put in to your body.  People can continue to argue over it (as I'm sure they will) but I'm letting you know.  Good day!
