Don't fake it. Ever. It's very common not to reach orgasm the first time or even the first few times you have sex. Communicate with your partner if they're not getting you there. Faking orgasms gives your partner a false sense of what you like, and it's really unnecessary. I used to fake it because I felt too shy to let my man know he wasn't doing me right & I wish I could go back and tell the truth lol
