When did you start putting rice cereal in your babies formula?

Never. There reallly is no nutritional value for the rice cereal. It is just used as a filler. If your baby is still hungry after eating, just give them a little more breastmilk/formula.

Never. Cereal doesn't really have much nutritional value, but if you get a good one, they say to start it when you start solids and only with a spoon. I guess nowadays you're not supposed to put it in a bottle unless maybe your baby has reflux.

Personally, I never did. I read research about the concern of higher concentrations of arsenic in rice and had a FTM freak out over it 😂. Do your research, feel your way through and love on your baby and it will all be fine 😀.

Never. You're not supposed to put it in thier formula. You can either give them more formula or spoon feed them cereal  (pretty watered down though) and see if that helps

There isn't a set time, every baby is diffrent and if they can swallow and handle it then there isn't a problem, my sister started eating cereal at 2 months because the milk wasn't enough for her anymore and my friends baby is still eating just milk and he's 6montjs

My LO is just 5 weeks...
So I'm not even thinking about cereal yet....but I hear all different things on it. Most online research suggests 6 months....my doc said 4-6 month depending on baby.....and a lot of people start way earlier then that! My fiance said they gave there newborn from a pervious marriage cereal at like 1 week old and had no problems! Lol my lo is a beast with the bottle....I think she would eat a steak if I let her....I imagine I'd start using cereal around 4 months the way things are going now....but it seems its just a  filler..
.so I don't know if I even want to!
