Does anyone else suffer really bad migraines? What helps you?
I was diagnosed with chronic migraine at 17 (now 22)
At the start, light didn't really bother me, I was more just headaches & nauseous... But now daylight & bright fluorescent lights just blind me.
I'm seeing my doctor this upcoming Wednesday, but I've heard of "migraine glasses" basically sunglasses that protect from a specific light ray that hurts people with migraines. They have transitional ones from indoor to outdoor. I was looking into them because going to work inside with their lights bother me as well as being outside...
Has anyone tried these? I basically live in my normal sunglasses...my husband calls me a vampire.
I've already changed all the lights in my house to dim yellow bulbs & I have "black out" curtains on all my windows, but my husband likes the light & gets mad at me when I don't let him open up the blinds or turn on brighter lights. It's getting to the point where I want our TV brightness dimmed 🕶🕶😩😩
