Follicles too big?

Question

I am on CD12 after 150mg of Clomid on CD3 to CD7. So far I don't have a positive OPK. This afternoon I went for a follicle scan and we saw two follicles - one follicle is sized at 25mm and the other almost 19mm. Doc said I should ovulate in two days, based in the size of the little one.

Do you think the bigger one will release or turn into a cyst? I read mixed opinions on this - Some say that follicles above 24mm is not viable. Others say it is a good size for a healthy eggy. Now I am confused.

Did you get clomid pills prescribe to you or can you order them online?

Unfortunately we can't tell you what it will do. It's likely the bigger one will be released, but who knows?!

Can't they give you a shot to release an egg?

Yeah I'm surprised your doctor didn't give you a trigger shot with only having two viable folicals. I've heard that 25 is great. You will probably ovulated that one tomorrow or the next day like your doctor said. Your doctor would have told you/warned you if that one will turn into a cyst. Good luck! Bd like crazy the next few days!
