Whats your Hygiene routine?

Hello what do you ladies use to keep fresh all day.  I will take a shower and 2 hours later when my boyfriend tries to have sex I'll have a scent. Any specific body washes or douches?

I mean it's supposed to have a scent. Not a bad one just a vagina smell. Men love that. But I use summers eve wash because it's very light and doesn't give me a yeast infection. Do not douche!!

I use Summer's Eve ph balancing feminine wash..but a lot of our natural smells (b.o/sweat and down there) come from the foods we eat. If you notice you aren't sweating very much, it might be your diet that is causing a little extra funk. Do you eat a lot of red meat or processed foods? The amino acid in red meat and glycemic index in processed foods contribute to how we smell. If the feminine wash doesn't help, maybe check your diet and make some changes! Good luck💕

You're actually not supposed to use anything down there, it will make it worse. If you smell really strong down there your pH balance is off, and that actually happens a lot with women who douche or wash the inside of the vagina with soaps. And vaginas smell naturally, that's the simple truth. Not much you can do about it without making it worse.

It sounds like you could have bv. I used to get it monthly after my periods since i was 16 until about 2 yrs ago. I am allergic to soap so when my body would get itchy from most soaps i wasnt realizing that the worse it was for my body the worse i would smell. I stopped using soap down there and started just using warm water on a wash cloth (i wash all my washclothes in baking soda only) and when im home i wipe with a warm water cloth after peeing and after sex always. i have just my normal smell and have been bv free for almost 2 yrs now. Your vag is self cleansing and if any soaps are making it worse it could be because your levels are already out of whack. Go get a prescription and start no soap right away and see if that helps.

I use vagisil powder and I keep her shaved... Which is always key. But I do use summers eves feminine prproduct.Washes sprays wipes. Dove soap

Lemisol plus feminine wash, I have to order off amazon but it's like tea tree for your lady parts, it has a slight tingle that probably isn't for everyone but it is PH balancing and makes me feel super clean and refreshed. I am prone to yeast infections and can't use the scented summers eve, but Lemisol has never given me issues.
